We protect children every day, and we know what a daunting task that can be! Now imagine having a whole CITY to protect. It is beyond important that we take a moment to stop and say thank you to the men and women who keep our families, homes, and communities safe. What better way to do that than with sweets?
Cookies for Cops 2017 was an amazing event!
Our Cookies for Cops couldn’t have gone over successfully without all the contributions from our families and the time Mrs. Marcy and Mrs. Audrey dedicated to planning the day! Thank you, RHM parents & students. And thank you, officers.
More than 160 mini heroes marched in Richmond Hill Montessori Preschool’s Super Hero Parade! Dozens of parents volunteered to march and watch in the audience. The parade was the celebration of our fourth year supporting GCCA’s Super Hero for Heroes program – a fundraiser that supports Early Childhood Advocacy and the Matthew Freeman Project. This year, we raised more than $3,000 thanks to the support of our parents and the participation of our wonderful students.
Congrats to RHM’s 2017 graduating class!
Go out there and show Kindergarten what you’re made of.
When you’re young, you might not realize just how special Mother’s Day is – that’s why our staff and program create ways to make these times momentous for our mothers and children. We hope we can help create long-lasting traditions of hand made crafts and loving gifts between family members! Richmond Hill Montessori Pre-K students celebrated their mothers this week with a hand-print activity. Parents joined their students in a special performance from Mother Goose and returned to their classrooms to make lasting memories together. It is a blessing to witness these tender moments!
Who doesn’t love spirit week? Give me any excuse to come to work in my pajamas, and I’ll take it! RHM students represented their school in blue Montessori shirts, crazy socks, wacky tacky outfits, outrageous hats, and pajamas all week long! It was so much fun for everyone.
Let the hunt begin! RHM eggsplorers discovered Easter eggs on their playground one Friday morning. They had a blast running around and finding treasure with their friends.
RHMP students raised awareness for child abuse and showed their school spirit by wearing their Montessori shirts on March 31st!
Thank you for always reminding us, “The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.”
